You may use Alpha Converter to convert and transcribe files and links you have the right to process. You're responsible for the content you submit and for having the necessary rights and permissions to process it.

You agree not to use Alpha Converter to:

• Process content you don't have the right to use, including copyrighted material without permission
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security controls, or access files, jobs, or outputs that aren't yours
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

You retain ownership of the files you upload and the outputs generated from them. We only access your content as needed to process your requests and operate the service.

Processing of supported online video links must comply with the source platform's own terms of service and applicable copyright law. Alpha Converter does not grant any rights to content you don't already have permission to use.

You may stop using Alpha Converter at any time. We may restrict or block access for anyone found violating these terms.

Alpha Converter is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpha Converter is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
