Privacy Policy

Alpha Converter works without an account or sign up, so there's no name, email, or personal profile to collect. We collect only the minimum needed to run the service:

• Files you upload, and the outputs generated from them, while a job is running
• Job metadata: file names, types, sizes, processing status, and timestamps
• An anonymous identifier stored in your browser, used only to apply a fair daily usage limit. It isn't linked to your name, email, or any other personal detail

Information is used to operate the service: processing the files and links you submit, storing and delivering outputs while your job is active, and applying fair usage limits. We do not sell your data.

Alpha Converter relies on established third party infrastructure providers to store files and run conversions. For links you submit (for example, a supported YouTube URL), the relevant portion of that content is retrieved for processing in accordance with that source's terms.

Files, outputs, and job records are deleted automatically within a short time, in most cases right after you download your result. Nothing is kept indefinitely, and there's no account for any of it to be attached to.

Because there's no account and nothing is retained beyond the short window described above, there's no stored personal data to request access to or deletion of. If you have a question or concern about your data, contact us from the Contact page.
